Job Summary

Marketing Manager Masters Programmes (at the rank of Executive Officer) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref: 534101) (to commence as soon as possible on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme totaling up to 10% of basic salary with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should hold a bachelors degree preferably in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field and possesses over five years of proven experience in brand building marketing campaign management digital marketing content marketing or external communications. They should have strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua and Cantonese and demonstrate a successful track record in managing social media channels. Hands-on experience with various digital marketing tools and platforms is essential. They must be a high-calibre individual capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize ad hoc requests. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for working with cross-functional teams. Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred and familiarity with international tertiary education would be an advantage.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to the followings:
planning implementing and executing marketing strategies for our specialised Masters Programmes including Accounting Accounting Analytics Artificial Intelligence in Business Business Analytics Economics Family Wealth Management Finance Fintech Global Management Marketing Sustainable Accounting and Finance and Wealth Management;
leading the content planning and development process across multiple platforms including but not limited to Facebook Instagram WeChat and Rednote to ensure high-quality output and consistent brand messaging;
managing website and brochure content to keep all materials up to date while staying informed about the latest digital marketing trends technologies and best practices across relevant markets;
closely coordinating with internal teams external vendors and partners to ensure timely and effective campaign launches;
managing digital marketing budgets and allocating resources across various campaigns and channels; and
engaging in ad-hoc projects and other duties assigned by the Director.
The appointee will work at the Facultys Cyberport campus and may occasionally be required to work outside normal office hours including weekends and to travel outside Hong Kong when necessary.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
