Job Summary
The Recruitment Specialist identifies and engages prospective adoptive families for children whose parental rights have been terminated with a focus on achieving permanency. This role uses child-specific and innovative recruitment strategies working closely with internal teams and community partners to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive in a permanent home.

Schedule & Hours
Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. A hybrid schedule is available after training is completed. Recruiters are also expected to work occasional evenings and weekends to attend recruitment events meet with prospective families or visit children depending on case needs and scheduling demands.
