Job Summary
We are looking for motivated individuals to help families evaluate protection options and secure peace of mind. This fully remote commission-only role lets you design your schedule while receiving steady mentorship training and warm client leads. Youll guide clients through simple consultations offer recommendations and help complete applications.
Responsibilities
Respond to warm inbound inquiries
Conduct structured consultations (phone/Zoom)
Present appropriate protection solutions
Assist with completing applications
Follow-up with clients as needed
Requirements
Obtain or hold a state license
U.S. work authorization
Background check required
Prior sales experience helpful but not required

Required Skills:
Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen. Strong communication and people skills. Self-motivated disciplined and coachable. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required (training is provided).
