Key Objectives
- Deliver outstanding customer support via email and chat platforms.
- Resolve product inquiries order issues and general questions efficiently and professionally.

- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.

- Provide accurate information about products orders shipping and company policies.
- Track and document customer interactions and resolutions in the support system.
- Identify recurring issues and communicate feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.

- Assist in updating FAQs and support content to enhance the customer experience.
- Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery follow-up.

- Proven experience in email and chat customer support preferably within the Food & Beverages industry or a related consumer goods sector.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Familiarity with CRM and support ticketing systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage products is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in shifts as needed to cover customer support hours.
