Golden State Commercial Equipment Repair is on the lookout for a dedicated Keyboarding Specialist to join our innovative team. Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain documentation standards
- Ensure timely processing of keyboarding tasks
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows
- Utilize various software tools for efficient data management
- Assist in the creation and editing of reports and documents
- Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols
- Provide support in project-related administrative tasks
- Stay updated on best practices in data entry and keyboarding
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy
- Familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Prior internship experience in a related field is a plus
