KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment Activities

Collaborate with the TA team and provide assistance in sending HR online assessment to the candidates.
Assist in the coordination of recruitment events job fairs and employer branding activities.
Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes
Assist in screening resumes and forwarding qualified candidates to the TA team (as needed or for development purposes).
Send generic feedback to candidates as applicable
Process improvements

EDUCATION TRAININGS LICENSES REQUIRED:

Graduate of Psychology or Human Resource
With minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience (Required)
