Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
Provides Data Process support within an assigned service or product area.
Performs various Data Process duties such as:
o Providing assistance to clients via phone email chat or other channels answering inquiries resolving complaints or providing product / service information
o Handling and processing product service or other orders / requests
o Handling transactions associated with product / service changes
o Entering and updating transactional information into databases spreadsheets or other systems and
o Handling and processing payments.
Maintains accurate records of client interactions service requests transactions and changes.
Maintains and delivers excellent service and relationships with client franchises and other supported stakeholders.
Develops understanding of and adheres to regulatory requirements and Unisys business process outsourcing standards and policies.
Escalates complex and difficult to resolve issues per established protocol.
May have direct client interface.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
High School Diploma or GED required
Generally less than 2 years experience in area of responsibility
