Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Process payments quickly and accurately using POS systems.
- Keep vehicle lines moving efficiently while maintaining top-tier service.
- Answer guest questions regarding event logistics parking and amenities.
- Adhere strictly to company policies client expectations and union rules.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
- Must be punctual reliable and professional in appearance and demeanor.
- Familiarity with union environments and compliance is a plus.
