Job Description
Youll become the backbone of daily operations for a growing natural products company handling the essential customer touchpoints and administrative processes that keep their e-commerce engine running smoothly. This role offers the perfect blend of customer interaction financial accuracy and operational support in a business passionate about natural wellness. Youll work directly with a small dedicated team where your contributions make an immediate visible impact on customer satisfaction and business efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer support inquiries through email website contact forms and live chat platforms
  • Process and organize daily administrative tasks including comprehensive inbox management
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks within Xero financial management system
  • Review and validate overnight e-commerce sales batches transferred from inventory to accounting software
  • Process invoices and ensure accuracy of financial transaction records
  • Verify daily sales data against accounting entries for complete reconciliation
  • Support general administrative duties to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and customer communication records

Requirements
  • You bring experience with administrative tasks and customer service through digital channels (email chat web forms)
  • Basic bookkeeping or data entry experience helps you hit the ground running
  • Familiarity with accounting software particularly Xero gives you an advantage
  • You have strong attention to detail especially when handling financial reconciliation tasks
  • Youre comfortable working during Australian morning hours and excel at written communication for customer support
  • Bonus if you have e-commerce platform experience or knowledge of natural products industry.
