Key Responsibilities:
- Provide sales support for both In-house and Broker channels.
- Handle reports management (approximately 30% of KRA).
- Manage databases and files (hard and soft copies) ensuring accuracy and organization (20%).
- Support events management (30%) including coordination for weekday holiday and Saturday events (overtime may be required).
- Ensure sellers attend scheduled events and bring guests.
- Prepare post-event reports and post-mortem documentation.
- Perform administrative tasks (20%) including preparation of computations payment schemes and booking documents.
- Assist in the booking process and coordinate with sellers regarding manning schedules (Monday to Sunday).
- Process seller incentives through manual computation and tracking.

Qualifications:
- Preferably with a real estate background.
- Organized detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
- Open to fresh graduates.
