The Executive Assistant (EA) serves as a strategic partner to the General Manager providing high-level administrative operational and coordination support to ensure the executive office runs efficiently. The role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentparticularly within the context of a fast-paced power and energy company. The EA also liaises with senior leaders government agencies as needed and external stakeholders on behalf of the General Manager.
Key Functions/Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage the General Managers calendar schedule meetings and coordinate appointments with internal and
external stakeholders. - Screen prioritize and prepare responses to communications and requests for the General Manager.
- Ensure the General Manager is well-prepared for meetings presentations and speaking engagements.
- Organize and support executive-level meetings board sessions investor engagements and government-facing events.
- Travel and Logistics Management (15%)
- Coordinate local and international travel hotel bookings itinerary planning and logistical requirements.
- Prepare travel briefings and ensure seamless execution of engagements.
- Process travel-related reimbursements and documentation.
- Special Projects and Assignments (10%)
- Assist the General Manager with high-priority activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management Communications or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience supporting C-level executives
- Strong command of professional written and spoken English and Filipino Excellent interpersonal organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity
- Willingness to work extended hours travel occasionally and adapt to changing priorities
