Job Summary

Develop and implement a comprehensive Marketing and Client Services framework that aligns strategically with the companys overall business goals.

Drive the companys revenue growth by effectively managing existing client relationships and securing new business opportunities.

Lead the companys strategic brand management and marketing initiatives to strengthen its market positioning visibility and overall brand image.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and establish new business relationships to create strategic alliances aligned with the companys objectives ensuring a stronger market presence within the industry.

  • Promote and market tailored HR and functional services to both existing and prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services as agreed with clients.

  • Build and sustain high levels of client satisfaction through strong solution-oriented relationships.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and adopt effective business strategies and pricing models to capture target markets.

  • Leverage cross-industry and cross-regional networks to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

  • Develop and implement strategies for deeper market penetration and expansion into new markets.

  • Lead the companys brand management marketing and corporate communications initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

  • Strengthen business relationships to foster client loyalty and create new business opportunities.

  • Oversee the companys public relations efforts including advertising marketing materials and publications.

  • Strategically engage with regulatory bodies professional associations and key industry stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and oversee all company event planning and brand-related activities.

  • Safeguard the confidentiality and security of all company and client information.

  • Adhere to company principles policies and procedures as outlined in the information handbook.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field (Masters degree is an advantage).

  • Minimum of 57 years of relevant experience in marketing client services or business development preferably within a professional services or HR solutions firm.

  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing and client engagement strategies.

  • Strong communication negotiation and relationship management skills.

  • Excellent strategic thinking analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • High level of integrity professionalism and commitment to maintaining information confidentiality.
