We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement for the program ensuring the timely and compliant acquisition of goods and services in line with approved budgets workplans and donor requirements. The role will establish and manage procurement frameworks oversee competitive sourcing and vendor management and ensure strong compliance with ethical sourcing safeguarding and audit standards. Working closely with Finance and Legal teams the successful candidate will maintain robust procurement systems vendor performance oversight and audit-ready documentation to support efficient program delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Law or a related field
(Masters degree is an added advantage).
Minimum of 57 years progressive experience in procurement and vendor
management preferably within large-scale or project-funded programs.
Demonstrated experience managing competitive tendering processes contract
negotiation and vendor performance management.
Proven experience ensuring procurement compliance and maintaining audit-ready
documentation.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of procurement best practices ethical sourcing and value-for-
money principles.
Excellent vendor due diligence and onboarding discipline including risk screening
and documentation management.
Strong contract and SLA management skills with proven negotiation capability.
High attention to detail and strong record-keeping and documentation discipline.
Effective stakeholder management across program teams implementing partners
and vendors.
Analytical skills for bid evaluation pricing analysis and procurement reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and familiarity with shared document repositories
and work management systems.

Digital for All Challenge: This is a free large-scale digital skilling competition designed to drive digital literacy among youth (ages 16-45) across Nigeria with participants able to win prizes.
Basic Digital Education Initiative (BDEI): This program aims to train 500000 public school students (ages 8-18) and 5000 teachers in foundational digital literacy and STEM concepts.
Digital Skills for the Workplace (DSFW): This initiative focuses on equipping young Africans with top employable skills in areas like software development UI/UX design and cybersecurity through onsite/online learning and internship placements.
