THE ROLE
- Providing dedicated support to our Broker Relationship Managers
- Packaging credit applications for submission
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Assisting with broker communication documentation requests and document verification
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to support approval for loans in line with customer needs & Lumi policy
- Answering inbound broker or customer phone calls
Qualifications :
THIS PERSON IS SOMEONE WITH
- Demonstrated sales or sales support experience in B2B (desirable)
- Business lending experience (desirable)
- Experience working for a FinTech or in financial services (desirable)
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and maintain a swiftly moving pipeline
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with new business and existing customers
- Commercially minded
- Curious positive & self-starting
- Ability to work well with other people and build good relationships
