Salary: Negotiable Based on Experience
Industry: BPO/Call Centre
Experience: Minimum 6 months - 3 years in outbound B2B sales role in an international BPO environment (Energy or Telecom preferred)
Working Hours: 4:30 AM IST 1:30 PM IST (Monday to Friday)
Transportation: Both side cab (within the hiring zone)
Role Overview
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives to join our B2B International Sales team for the Australian market. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients in the Energy Telecom and Cyber Security sectors build strong relationships and drive business growth.
IIIdentify connect and engage with potential business clients in Australia.
Conduct outbound sales calls and lead conversion for B2B services.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective pitching and negotiation.
Maintain accurate sales reports and client databases.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless on-boarding and service delivery
Qualifications and Skills Education:
Undergraduate Degree (Any Specialization)
Postgraduate Degree (Any Specialization preferred)
Experience
Minimum 6 months - 1 year of outbound sales experience in an international BPO (Energy or Telecom sectors preferred).
Key Skills
Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of outbound sales techniques and strategies with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage the customers.
Problem-Solving: Strong capability to resolve customer queries efficiently.
Motivated: A go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools sales management software and MS Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint.
