Job Summary
Work. Join Sunwater as a Project Lead PCM Development where youll play a vital role supporting the Program Manager PCM Development by leading and managing the end-to-end delivery and reporting including the implementation of the Asset Risk Management Framework PCM Cost Uplift and development of minor programs business cases
As a Project Lead PCM Development at Sunwater you will:
- Lead and deliver the Annual Asset Portfolio Planning cycle including the facilitation of planning workshops accurate financial forecasting capital planning and alignment with business priorities.
- Embed risk management into Asset Management and Portfolio Planning including the facilitation of risk forums and integration of risk-based decision-making across all workstreams.
- Oversee the development and implementation of structured Minor Programs under the PCM Program stream to enhance delivery efficiency and improve cost data quality.
- Oversee the implementation of a robust cost uplift methodology improving budget accuracy and increasing confidence in investment planning across the portfolio
- Provide specialist support for the implementation of Sunwaters Project Program & Portfolio Management Framework (P3MF) across the Water Resources Group including reporting resource coordination documentation and monitoring of project plans.
We are seeking a talented individual with a minimum of 7 years experience in project management roles delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects or technical programs within asset-intensive or infrastructure environments. You will hold tertiary qualifications in Project Management Business Finance or a related discipline. You will also bring:
- Expertise in financial forecasting capital planning and portfolio-level investment planning with the ability to drive improvements in budgeting processes and investment confidence.
- Demonstrated experience in designing embedding and managing risk governance frameworks including the integration of risk-based prioritisation into portfolio planning and investment decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for writing and presenting quality reports and findings to senior leadership including the Board and executive leadership team
