JOB DUTIES:
Enterprise Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders at key enterprise accounts.
- Serve as a strategic advisor aligning Resideos solutions with customers business objectives and long-term priorities.
Sales & Growth Strategy
- Drive enterprise account planning with a focus on long-term growth renewal and expansion opportunities.
- Create and execute customer-specific growth strategies that maximize revenue margin and market share.
Opportunity Identification & Complex Deal Execution
- Proactively identify and develop enterprise-level opportunities across multiple business lines and geographies.
- Manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from opportunity creation through contract execution.
Financial & Forecasting Accountability
- Own forecast accuracy for assigned accounts ensuring predictability and transparency in revenue delivery.
- Track pipeline health deal velocity and revenue projections reporting consistently to sales leadership.
- Balance revenue growth with profitability goals ensuring deals meet financial performance expectations.
Negotiation & Contract Management
- Lead enterprise contract negotiations focusing on pricing terms and conditions that maximize long-term customer value and Resideos financial objectives.
- Ensure contractual compliance risk mitigation and alignment with corporate standards.
Value Proposition & Executive Communication
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that articulate Resideos value proposition to executive-level audiences.
- Influence key decision-makers by connecting Resideos solutions to customer-specific business and financial outcomes.
Market & Industry Expertise
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends competitive dynamics and enterprise procurement practices.
- Leverage market intelligence to anticipate customer needs and position Resideo as a partner of choice.
Travel:
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 7 years in enterprise account management complex B2B sales or solution selling.
- Strong forecasting pipeline management and P&L awareness with a focus on accuracy and accountability.
- Extensive experience negotiating high-value enterprise contracts including multi-year agreements
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) forecasting tools and financial modeling.
