We are seeking a Client Account Representative to serve as a key point of contact between Skillbridge Academy and our clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented professional and motivated to build strong client relationships while contributing to the overall success of the organization.
The Client Account Representative will manage client communications support account activities and ensure a high level of satisfaction through consistent high-quality service.
Responsibilities
Act as a primary contact for assigned client accounts
Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships
Understand client needs and ensure accurate follow-up
Coordinate internally to support client requests and objectives
Track account activity and maintain accurate records
Provide professional timely communication and support
Assist in identifying opportunities for account growth and improvement
