JOB SUMMARY:
Were looking for an entrepreneurial data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and partners cross-functionally to drive brand awareness and new customer this role youll design launch and optimize digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaign strategies across paid search social media and email (Marketo).
- Build and manage landing pages and forms in Marketo reporting on KPIs and conversion performance.
- Act as a media buyer and coordinator for digital advertising initiatives ensuring campaigns meet ROI goals.
- Analyze campaign data to uncover insights optimize performance and influence future strategies.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership covering PPC SEO email and website performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing Client Experience and Sales teams to align on audience segmentation funnel touchpoints and KPIs.
- Stay ahead of evolving SEM/SEO/AEO trends emerging technologies and best practices.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Support lead generation and qualification efforts across all digital channels.
- Serve as project manager for Marketo campaigns and related marketing initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience and a Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager Marketo and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics Marketo reporting and familiarity with SEO/AEO/SEM platforms.
- Ability to translate raw data into actionable insights KPIs and compelling narratives.
- Excellent communication presentation and collaboration skills.
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing across social display and programmatic platforms.
