Job Summary

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our growing team in Kansas City. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop their professional skills work closely with clients and contribute to the success of ongoing accounts. As a Junior Account Representative you will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships while supporting account operations and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts

  • Assist in managing client communications and daily account activities

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively

  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates

  • Support the preparation of reports proposals and presentations

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

  • Contribute to long-term client satisfaction and retention
