Job Summary
Euroclear Bank Hong Kong are looking for expression of interest profiles for our FundSettle Asset Servicing Team.
FundSettle provides a single access to more than 145000 investments to our 200 client families through a network of more than 900 transfer agents.
The main responsibilities within FundSettle would be to be responsible to perform assigned task related to the full lifecycle of Funds subscriptions redemptions & transfers to ensure orders are placed and settled accurately and timely for our clients.
In addition the team are responsible for the dividend process including the generation of dividend notifications and dividend booking for our clients. You could also be assigned to be responsible to perform any other related operational tasks as our operational model evolves.
For the Day-to-day job a FundSettle Team member will interact with various transfer agents and FundSettle Operations Teams and Client Services Teams in Belgium Poland Hong Kong.
Team member will also interact with other Euroclear departments/divisions such as Commercial Funds Product Management Funds Agent Network Management.
We are keen to receive interest from candidates with the following attributes:
- University Degree holder
- 1-year solid Banking / Fund House Operations experience
- Strong communication skills in English (written& oral) Mandarin is a definite advantage.
- Good organization and prioritization skills
- Attention to details is key.
- Ability to multi-task with high quality assurance
- Solid knowledge of MS office (Excel PowerPoint)
- Positive mindset with problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of Funds business and/or Commercial experience is a plus.
