Advertising Sales Manager Nordics, Amazon Ads

As an Account Executive for the Nordic region youll leverage your extensive media experience to sell a wide range of video and connected TV advertising solutions. With Prime Videos impending launch in Sweden in 2025 youll have a pivotal role in shaping the streaming TV and video landscape in the region. Youll also work with our broader retail media portfolio to create comprehensive full-funnel solutions for clients.

Utilizing your senior client-side and agency relationships consultative approach and deep understanding of the local advertising ecosystem youll act as a strategic partner to your assigned portfolio. Youll also orchestrate in-person inspiration sessions to position Amazon as a key strategic partner for new and existing clients.

Key job responsibilities
Generate advertising revenue through strategic partnerships with ad agencies and direct advertisers employing objective-led selling across brand-building (Prime Video Twitch) and full-funnel retail media solutions.

Influence buying decisions to drive increased revenue from existing advertisers and cultivate new revenue streams.

Establish and nurture credible relationships with key decision-makers in agencies and advertisers particularly within the TV and digital landscape.
Demonstrate a hunters mentality proactively uncovering opportunities and matching them with value-adding solutions.

Act as a true social connector thriving on and expertly facilitating inspirational sessions for clients to position Amazon as an indispensable strategic partner.

* 5 years of media sales experience.

* Bachelor degree

* Excellent Swedish and English communication and presentation skills.

* A self-starter with demonstrated ability to think strategically about sales with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.

* Strong track record of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.

* Established network within the Nordic media landscape including senior-level contacts at agencies and major advertisers.

* Thorough understanding of the Nordic advertising landscape
