Wolt is a technology company best known for our food delivery platform. To customers on our platform we now also offer a wide range of other options from groceries to pet food. Today we serve customers create new revenue streams for merchants and offer earning for courier partners opportunity across 23 countries and more thanwe joined forces with DoorDash to supercharge our mission to make cities a better place to live in - and were only getting started!

We are growing our business in Sweden and are looking for a Sales Associate.

This role focuses on retaining existing partners driving revenue through promotions and advertising and improving partner performance at scale

You will work primarily via phone email and digital tools using data and structured outreach to identify upsell opportunities reduce churn and ensure partners get the most value out of Wolt.

What youll be doing

Day-to-day you will own and manage a large portfolio of mass-managed restaurant and retail partners on Wolt in Sweden. Additionally you might help our Account Management teams with their book of business. Previous experience in marketing and sales is preferred but most important is your motivation and interest to learn sales!

Day-to-day in this role youll:

  • Manage a large portfolio of mass-managed restaurant and retail partners
  • Proactively prevent churn by identifying risk signals and engaging partners early
  • Negotiate commercial terms and conditions and collect documentation
  • Sell and upsell promotions campaigns and advertising products to drive partner growth
  • Run outbound sales and retention campaigns via phone email and in-product tools
  • Educate partners on best practices to improve visibility conversion and sales on Wolt
  • Use data to segment partners prioritize outreach and tailor recommendations
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue retention and activity targets
  • Collaborate with Account Management Sales Marketing Partner Support and Ops to improve partner experience at scale
  • Gather partner feedback and surface insights to internal teams

  • 13 years of experience in inside sales account management or customer success
  • You are motivated by talking to new people every day and consider yourself as a Hunter
  • You love to compete and thrive in a result-driven environment where we celebrate success
  • You have a can-do attitude and are ready to roll up the sleeves and get to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • You are a strong communicator and have fundamental commercial understanding
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English in speaking and writing
