Youll also take part in exclusive learning sessions with senior leaders both virtually and on-site and receive mentorship and access to internal training programs to accelerate your professional growth.

Parallel to the global activities you will work part-time during the academic year and full-time during the summer within Sales Process Improvements at Atlas Copco Industrial Technique Business Area.

In this role you will support our mission to improve sales processes and drive change management. Youll analyze end-to-end workflows propose improvements in quality and performance metrics and enhance ROI calculation tools all while working in a fast-paced international setting.

This is your chance to take an exciting insight in Sales Processes while developing skills that will boost your career.

On top of this youll have the opportunity to write a masters thesis in spring 2027 with Atlas Copco Group.

Who are we looking for

• Youre in your 4th year at a Swedish university preferably in Engineering Industrial Economics Supply Chain Management Data Science or Sustainability
• You plan to write your masters thesis in spring 2027.
• You communicate fluently in English.
• Youre curious proactive and motivated
• Available to work full-time in summer and approx. 1020 hours/week during spring and autumn.
• You live in the Stockholm region and can work partly on-site at our headquarters in Sickla Nacka.
