Assist in processing claims payments ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and verify payment documentation including invoices remittance advice and supporting claim materials.
Monitor payment schedules and follow up on pending disbursements.
Support reconciliation of payment records with internal systems and external vendors.
Maintain organized records of disbursement activities for audit and reporting purposes.
Respond to internal inquiries regarding payment status and documentation.
Collaborate with finance claims and compliance teams to resolve discrepancies.
Assist in generating routine reports and summaries for management review.
Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to claims disbursement.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting finance or business preferred.
12 years of experience in administrative support finance or claims processing.
Basic understanding of financial transactions and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with claims management or financial systems.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance in insurance or healthcare settings.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
This is a full-time position on-site in Brentwood TN. Standard business hours of operations are - Monday through Friday 7am- 4pm
Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration team leadership and cross-functional partnership.
