Im the creator of a popular kids video-game on Roblox played by over 400million people worldwide and with toys in major stores globally. Its honestly a dream job but one that keeps me incredibly busy. Working from home Ive realized I need help managing the daytoday so I can stay focused on the work I love.
Im looking for someone who takes pride in making another persons life run smoothly. If you thrive on organization and problemsolving and youre excited to be a righthand to someone who needs things done well and efficiently this is for you. Well set a schedule that works for both of usI can be flexible around school hours or other daytime commitmentsbut the goal is clear: keep my household on track so I can stay creative.
Tasks
Who You Are
- A Life Manager: Youre organized proactive and love checklists. You dont just spot a problem; you fix it before I notice.
- Trustworthy: You will handle sensitive personal and financial details with total discretion.
- TechSavvy: Youre comfortable with email calendars and online research.
- Local & Mobile: You live near the Allen-McKinney area and have a reliable vehicle.
- LongTerm Minded: Youre looking for a steady role not a stepping stone.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedules & Travel: Manage personal calendars book appointments and handle detailed travel planning (bookings itineraries expense tracking).
- Errands & Logistics: Grocery shopping dry cleaning pharmacy pickups returns meal pickups and occasional errands for my mother.
- Home & Vendor Management: Youll be the point person for contractors home repairs landscapers and service providers (cleaning holiday décor etc.). Youll source hire and manage these vendors.
- Admin & Organization: Sort mail pay bills manage returns/shipping and keep the household admin organized.
- Company Support: If you have interest and aptitude for executiveassistant work you can flex into helping with my company depending on your capacity.
Requirements
4 years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role ideally supporting a high net-worth principal.
Benefits
- Hours: 20 hours per week. Im flexiblewe can structure this around school hours or other daytime commitments to fit your schedule.
- Location: Hybrid. A lot of the research/admin can be done from your home but you will need to be at my home regularly for in-person tasks.
- Compensation: $40000$80000 annualized (full-time equivalent) prorated for a 20-hour/week role
