Job Description:
We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our Payment Solutions project in Lisbon.
In this role you will provide professional support to French-speaking customers assisting them with inquiries related to payment solutions and ensuring accurate information efficiency and high-quality service. You will contribute to a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced international environment.
This opportunity is ideal for communicative customer-focused individuals with experience in service delivery who want to grow their career in the financial services sector.
Working Schedule:
Monday to Sunday operation (8 hour rotative shifts)
2 rotating days off per week
The schedule is dynamic to ensure proper coverage while maintaining balance for our team.
Profile Requirements:
Fluency in French (C1) and strong command of English (C1) demonstrated by achieving a C1 score in the Harver English assessment
Minimum of one year of experience in Customer Service
Customer-oriented empathetic and solution-focused
Comfortable working in rotative 24/7 shifts
Must reside in Portugal
What We Offer:
Attractive Compensation Package:

Base salary: 900 euro x 14 months

Performance bonus: 100 euro x 11 months

Meal allowance: 7.23 euro per worked day
Contract type: 6-month CDD (fixed-term) contract
