Work Schedule: Monday Sunday 8-hour rotative shifts (communicated 1 month in advance)

Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service professional for Payment Solutions Account fluent in French and English (C1) to join a dynamic on-site environment in Lisbon.
The role focuses on providing high-quality customer support for payment solutions handling inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to payment solutions
- Provide efficient and professional customer service
- Document interactions and incidents in internal systems

Candidate Requirements
- French: Required
- English: C1 (mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work on-site in Lisbon
Remuneration & Benefits
- Base Salary: 900 euros over 14 months
- Complexity Bonus: 100 euros over 11 months
- Meal Allowance: 763 euros per day
