Payment Solutions Customer Service Representative (French English)

Location:

Lisbon Portugal On-site

Contract Type:

CDD 6 months

Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Sunday 24/7 rotational shifts including night shifts
  • Days Off: 2 rotational days

Role Overview:

As a Payment Solutions Customer Service Representative you will support customers using digital and online payment solutions within the French-speaking market. You will handle customer inquiries related to payments transactions account issues and platform usage while delivering a high-quality customer-focused service in a regulated and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone email and chat in French and English
  • Handle inquiries related to payment solutions transactions and account management
  • Troubleshoot issues such as failed payments refunds chargebacks and billing questions
  • Ensure compliance with security data protection and internal procedures
  • Deliver accurate and timely resolutions while meeting KPIs and SLAs
  • Maintain detailed and accurate case documentation in CRM systems
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases according to internal guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Fluent French (native or near-native)
  • Solid C1 level of English
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment including night shifts
  • Comfortable working on-site in Lisbon

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in payments fintech banking or e-commerce environments
  • Familiarity with online payment platforms or digital wallets
  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • Previous contact center experience

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: 900 (paid over 14 months)
  • Complexity Bonus: 100 (paid over 11 months)
