What Youll Do:
Provide exceptional support to customers via various channels ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to website solutions and deliver effective solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor guiding users through their queries and enhancing their satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases efficiently.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: At least 6 months in customer service tech support or a similar role (mandatory).
Languages: Fluency in French (C2) and English (B2).
A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on a 24/7 rotational schedule including night shifts and two rotating days off.
