About the Role:

• Coordinate and process exit interviews ensuring accurate documentation and tracking of trends.
• Review and administer Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and written warnings for completeness accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Serve as a first point of contact for front-line employee and manager questions escalating issues as needed to senior PBPs.
• Support administrative processes related to employee relations investigations and HR policy enforcement.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of employee relations cases performance actions and other personnel records.
• Assist PBPs with HR program execution including engagement initiatives compliance activities and onboarding/offboarding processes.

About You:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 12 years of professional experience in HR employee relations or an administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
