Role: Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) Fee Earner
Location: Hybrid Working (Office / Remote)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fee Earner to join our clients expanding team specialising in Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) claims. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of CICA matters supporting clients throughout the entire claims process with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority (CICA) claims from inception through to settlement.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance throughout the claims process.
- Prepare and submit detailed applications appeals and supporting documentation.
- Liaise effectively with clients witnesses and third parties to gather evidence and progress claims.
- Ensure compliance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate case management records and meet all key deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Prior knowledge and experience of the CICA scheme (essential).
- 23 years relevant experience within personal injury or CICA work (preferred).
- Proven ability to manage cases independently from initial instruction through to resolution.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with a strong eye for detail.
- Confident IT user with experience in case management systems.
- Empathetic professional and client-focused approach.
