About the Opportunity

The Role
As a Corporate & Commercial Fee Sharing Consultant you will:
- Manage your own client portfoliowith complete autonomy over case selection and client development
- Handle a diverse range of corporate and commercial mattersincluding company formations mergers and acquisitions commercial contracts shareholder agreements and corporate governance
- Build and develop your practicewith full support from experienced administrative and compliance teams
- Set your own working patternswith flexible arrangements to suit your lifestyle and business needs
- Retain a significant proportion of fees generatedthrough a transparent and generous fee sharing arrangement
- Collaborate with fellow consultants across various practice areas for cross-referral opportunities
About You
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitorwith current practising certificate
- Minimum 3 years PQEin Corporate & Commercial law
- Proven track recordof managing own caseload and client relationships independently
- Strong technical knowledgeacross corporate transactions commercial contracts and company law
- Existing client base or demonstrable abilityto generate and develop business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skillswith a client-focused approach
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindsetwith strong commercial awareness
Desirable:
- Experience in business development and client acquisition
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities
