This is a unique opportunity to join our client an innovative law firm in London as a Fee Sharing Consultant. The Opportunity
Youll join a respected modern legal practice dedicated to empowering consultants with the tools and support to thrive. This is not a traditional law firm role instead youll have the independence to manage your caseload grow your client base and shape your work-life balance all with the backing of an established brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise and represent clients on a broad range of employment law matters (contentious and non-contentious)
- Manage your own caseload from instruction to resolution
- Develop and nurture client relationships with full autonomy over your practice
- Collaborate with a network of like-minded consultants and access central resources
- Uphold the highest standards of client care and professional ethics
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with a minimum of 5 years PQE
- Demonstrable experience in UK employment law ideally within private practice
- Proven ability to generate and manage your own client work
- Strong technical expertise across employment law matters (dismissals discrimination TUPE contracts etc.)
- Excellent communication business development and client management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset self-motivated and comfortable working independently
