Are you an experienced residential conveyancer looking for your next move in West Yorkshire Join a progressive firm with a real people-first culture a healthy caseload and the flexibility to work across multiple locations or embrace hybrid working after probation.

What youll be doing:

• Managing your own caseload of approx. 60100 conveyancing files depending on experience
  
• Providing high-quality legal advice and excellent service from instruction through to completion
  
• Keeping clients informed and supported throughout the process
  
• Supervising and supporting your own legal assistant or secretary
  
• Maintaining strong relationships internally and externally
  
• Actively contributing to the firms success and upholding its strong professional image
  

Requirements

What were looking for:

• A qualified Solicitor Licensed Conveyancer CILEX or someone with extensive residential property law/conveyancing experience
  
• Experience handling a diverse range of conveyancing files including sales/purchase freehold leasehold etc.
  
• A strong grasp of all stages within a conveyancing casefile from onboarding through sale/purchase to post completion
  
• Excellent communication case management and organisational skills
  
• Someone who can manage pressure meet deadlines and work well as part of a team
