Im currently hiring for experienced Conveyancing Executives/Fee Earners to join a well-established team handling a diverse caseload of residential property conveyancing transactions.

What youll be doing:

• Managing your own caseload of freehold leasehold new build shared ownership and limited company transactions
  
• Progressing files from instruction through to post-completion with the support of a legal assistant
  
• Ensuring all work complies with CQS UKFML and BSA Handbook requirements
  
• Maintaining excellent client communication and providing updates throughout the process
  
• Collaborating with lenders estate agents and other parties to move transactions forward
  
• Providing mentorship and oversight to a dedicated assistant
  

Requirements

What were looking for:

• Ideally 3-5 years experience handling your own caseload from instruction to completion
  
• Strong knowledge of diverse case structures including freehold leasehold new builds etc.
  
• Confident with complex title checking and working independently
  
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
  
• Comfortable managing and developing a support colleague
  
• Excellent client management and communication skills with a client-focused approach to service delivery
