Job purpose :This role is responsible for accurate data entry documentation processing and administrative support for international freight forwardingoperations. Qualifications and Experience - Matric Certificate
- Preferred: Diploma in Logistics Supply ChainManagement or related field
- 1-2 years experience in freight forwarding logistics orrelated field
- Experience with freight forwarding software systems (CargoWise)
Your responsibilities will include: - Process and input shipment data into freight forwardingsystems
- Maintain accurate records of shipment status and tracking information
- Generate reports and documentation for customs clearance
- Liaise with clients regarding shipment status and documentation requirements
- Coordinate with shipping lines airlines and logistics partners
- Ensure all documentation complies with international trade regulations
- Support month-end reporting and reconciliation processes
- capturing accurate andcompliant customs entries and document submissions forTFS Freight Forwarding customers.
Attributes: - Knowledge of import/export regulations andINCOTERMS.
- Proficiency in freight-forwarding and customs clearancesystems/software.
- Strong data entry accuracy and speed
- Familiarity with customs procedures and documentation
- Ability to go beyond what is expected.
- Solutions-oriented can-do attitude; initiative-taking
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Comfortable with change and excellent collaborator
