Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Receiving Clerk to join our team in Durban North. As a Receiving Clerk you will be responsible for receiving and inspecting incoming shipments organizing and maintaining inventory and ensuring timely delivery of goods to the appropriate departments. Key Responsibilities: - Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods ensuring that they match the purchase orders and are in good condition - Accurately record all received items into the inventory system - Organize and store inventory in a neat and orderly manner - Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate departments - Prepare and package items for shipment to other locations or customers - Ensure timely delivery of goods to the appropriate departments - Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the receiving area - Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a warehouse or receiving role is preferred - Familiarity with inventory management systems - Ability to lift and move heavy objects - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities - Basic computer skills - Must be able to work full-time and have a flexible schedule If you are a hardworking and reliable individual with a passion for organization and efficiency we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team at Msuez UK.
