Job Summary

Introduction

We are looking for aStore Clerkto join our team! If you have a keen eye for detail excellent organizational skills and experience managing stock wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate records of stock levels receipts and orders.
Receive inspect and store incoming stock.
Issue parts and materials as needed.
Conduct regular stock takes and audits.
Ensure the storeroom is clean organized and secure.
Liaise with suppliers and assist with orders to ensure stock availability.
Process stock documentation and update inventory systems.

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
Previous experience in stock control warehousing or a similar role in the in the auto body or automotive environment
Have a good knowledge of automotive parts (in particular parts used in panel beating)

Basic computer skills (Excel inventory management systems).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physically fit and able to lift/move stock as required.
