Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing and data entry skills as well as strong attention to detail. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting data into our company database and maintaining accurate records of all company data. Key Responsibilities: - Input data into company database from various sources including paper documents and electronic files - Verify accuracy and completeness of data entered - Maintain and update company database on a regular basis - Organize and maintain physical and electronic files - Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed - Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies - Follow data entry procedures and protocols to ensure data integrity and security - Assist with other administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role - Excellent typing and data entry skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Knowledge of water treatment industry is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time permanent position based in Cape Town South Africa.
