Qualifications
We are looking for a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs analyze processes and deliver data-driven solutions that support strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and workflows.
- Support the development and implementation of solutions by working with technical teams.
- Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses.
- Assist in testing validation and rollout of new systems or enhancements.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive alignment and clarity.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business analysis or a similar role with a minimum of two years of professional experience.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel PowerPoint and business analysis platforms (e.g. JIRA Confluence Visio).
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
- Bachelors or Masters degree inComputer ScienceBusiness AnalyticsEngineering or a related field.
