Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Accounts to take full ownership of the organizations accounting and financial functions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience a deep understanding of statutory compliance and the ability to work independently to deliver accurate financial reporting audit readiness and strategic financial insights.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accounting Operations:
- Independently manage day-to-day accounting: ledger journal entries AR/AP inventory banking.
- Maintain accurate records using Tally ERP / SAP or other accounting software.
- Ensure timely data entry backups and system maintenance.
- Financial Reporting:
- Finalize accounts monthly quarterly and annually.
- Prepare financial statements: Balance Sheet Profit & Loss Account and Cash Flow Statement.
- Submit accurate and timely MIS reports to management.
- Perform cost control variance analysis and financial forecasting.
- Audit & Compliance:
- Conduct internal audits and ensure financial data accuracy.
- Manage tax audits statutory audits and assessments independently.
- Ensure full compliance with Companies Act Income Tax Act and all relevant regulations.
- Statutory Filings & Taxation:
- Handle all filings and compliance related to GST TDS PF ESIC Professional Tax and Income Tax.
- Banking & Treasury:
- Monitor cash flows and prepare fund flow statements.
- Manage banking operations reconciliations and loan documentation.
- Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate with vendors consultants auditors and internal departments.
- Present financial insights and reports to management for strategic decisions.
Job Requirements :
- / / MBA in Inter or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience managing accounts and finance independently.
- Expertise in accounting principles taxation and compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP SAP).
- Strong analytical reporting and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
