Job Summary
- Ensure H&Ms brand quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle from development to customer experience.
- Ensure the product fit & making technical risk assessment and consumption optimization in the sample stage based on different product sample work flow.
- Work with proactive approach (risk assessments and action) to secure product quality early demonstrate problem solving mindset keeping right business deliveries on time.
- Conduct regular quality inspections at factories or in Centralized Facility Services (CFS) with frequent business travel.
- Maintain great understanding of customer expectations which you translate to our suppliers and support creating their quality capabilities.
- Monitor supplier performance and governance routine follow up.
