Job Summary
- Preparation of warranty claim manangement reports
- Coordination and improvement of operational process.
- Support ın the use and development of digital tools.
- Providing back-office support to team members.
- Organizing logistics for quality return items sent for investigation.
- Managing commercial registration processess and preparing related reports
Qualifications :
- Being a student in engineering department
- Graduating in 3rd grade or 2 years later
- Based in Bursa
- With availability for a minimum of 3 days per week
- Interest in digital tools such as Power BI Power Automate or similar
- High curiosity and self-learning ambition
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for data processing and analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Interest in business intelligence digital transformation and artificial intelligence
- Strong analytical thinking skills eager to research and open to learning
- Ability to work effectively in a team with strong communication skills
- Good English communication and writing skills
