Job Summary
Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vendor Relationship Specialist to manage and optimize partnerships with external vendors and service providers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring quality timeliness and cost-effectiveness in the procurement and delivery of research services including sample providers fieldwork agencies transcription services technology platforms and other third-party resources.
Qualifications :
25 years of experience in vendor management procurement operations or project coordinationpreferably within the market research or insights industry.
Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Experience working with global sample providers fieldwork partners and research platforms/tools.
Strong negotiation communication and relationship management skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel vendor management tools and project management software (e.g. Asana or Smartsheet).
