About the Role:
We are hiring an NRI Relationship Manager responsible for acquiring and managing NRI customers driving CASA and wealth products and ensuring high-quality relationship servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new NRI clients through direct sourcing and market references
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing NRI customers
• Generate business across CASA FD insurance remittances and investment products
• Ensure compliance documentation accuracy and RBI guidelines for NRI banking
• Conduct regular client meetings for portfolio review and cross-selling opportunities
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure retention of key clients
• Track market competition and identify new sourcing avenues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking / wealth / priority banking
• Strong understanding of NRI products FEMA guidelines and compliance norms
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
