Job Summary

We Are Hiring Relationship Manager HL/LAP (Affordable Segment)

Industry: Leading Bank
Channel: DSA / Connectors
Location: Faridabad (Sector 16)
CTC: Up to 4.50 LPA (Sales Role)

Eligibility:

Gender: Male
Age: Up to 38 years
Experience: Minimum 15 years in Home Loan / LAP / Affordable Housing sales

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Generate Home Loan (HL) & Loan Against Property (LAP) business through DSA and Connector channels
2. Build and manage strong relationships with DSAs connectors and referral partners
3. Source quality loan files and ensure timely login documentation and disbursement
4. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
5. Conduct regular market visits to expand channel network
6. Coordinate with internal credit operations and legal teams for smooth processing
7. Ensure compliance with bank policies and process guidelines
8. Maintain MIS sales reports and pipeline tracking

Key Skills Required:
1. Strong sales and negotiation skills
2. Good understanding of HL/LAP products (Affordable segment preferred)
3. Ability to build long-term channel relationships
4. Result-oriented with strong field sales exposure
