Job Summary
- To lead operational staff and prepare plans and procedures for daily operation
- To deal with internal and external parties on operation interfacing issues.
- To identify energy saving opportunities for the existing district cooling system and facilities
- Prepare plans and procedures for maintenance works in a district cooling plant
- Plant lead and supervise a team of in-house technicians and subcontractors for routine maintenance works
- Monitor equipment status respond to equipment fault prepare reports and records for maintenance works
- Plan and monitor tools and spare parts stock level
- Improve health and safety policies and procedures
Qualifications :
- Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
- Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
Additional Information :
- At least 5 years solid working experience in building services installation and maintenance works of MVAC & electrical system
- Able to lead a team of technicians for different maintenance tasks
- Able to work independently self-motivated result-oriented and with strong sense of responsibility
