Job Description
Overview: This position is responsible for planning executing and delivering projects on time within scope and within budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams managing resources and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
- Monitor and track project progress identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Manage budgets and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders team members and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards policies and best practices.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management.
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned for future projects.
Requirements:
- 810 years of project management experience in large-scale multi-vendor projects.
- Strong understanding of technical issues and ability to communicate effectively with all functions.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall etc.).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Trello).
- Proven ability to manage complex environments and drive process improvements.
- Excellent leadership stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
