En tant que Gestionnaire des installations vous superviserez les opérations des installations tout en assurant la conformité aux normes de lindustrie et aux protocoles de sécurité. Vous soutiendrez les normes dexcellence opérationnelle de JLL et les exigences opérationnelles du client surveillerez les indicateurs de performance clés spécifiques à lenvironnement opérationnel et effectuerez des évaluations des installations pour répondre aux besoins de maintenance. Ce rôle implique la gestion des fonctions opérationnelles incluant la gestion des ordres de travail la coordination des services les initiatives defficacité énergétique et le support budgétaire.
CE QUE VOUS FEREZ
Gérer les opérations des installations pour le portefeuille assigné du client et assurer la satisfaction client par la prestation de services de gestion des installations
Surveiller et soutenir les ICP du site spécifiques aux exigences opérationnelles suivre la performance des SLA mensuellement en mettant laccent sur le temps de fonctionnement des systèmes et assurer que les opérations respectent laccord de services maître et les normes opérationnelles du client
Effectuer des évaluations des installations incluant les zones de support de production les bâtiments administratifs et les systèmes dinfrastructure ; soutenir les plans stratégiques pour traiter les déficiences et minimiser limpact opérationnel
Coordonner les services des installations incluant : le support des briefings opérationnels la gestion des salles de conférence la coordination des services alimentaires la gestion du stationnement les systèmes de badges et les protocoles de gestion des visiteurs
Soutenir les programmes de gestion énergétique pour maximiser lefficacité et réduire limpact environnemental contribuer aux initiatives de durabilité
Implémenter les systèmes de gestion SSE conformes aux normes de lindustrie soutenir les initiatives de culture sécuritaire incluant les exigences de sécurité du client et assurer la conformité aux réglementations de lAlberta et aux codes des installations
Soutenir les initiatives déconomies de coûts des installations tout en maintenant lintégrité opérationnelle aider à la gestion du budget opérationnel et dimmobilisations et fournir des rapports pour les opérations Soutenir les activités dapprovisionnement pour léquipement et les services aider aux évaluations des fournisseurs et surveiller la performance des fournisseurs en mettant laccent sur la sécurité la fiabilité et la conformité
CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ (REQUIS)
Baccalauréat en ingénierie gestion des installations ou domaine connexe ou combinaison équivalente déducation et dexpérience pertinente
Minimum de 3 années en gestion des installations opérations pétrolières et gazières ou expérience en environnement opérationnel
Solide compréhension des systèmes de bâtiment (CVC distribution électrique systèmes de chauffage traitement de leau)
Connaissance des réglementations SST de lAlberta et des protocoles de sécurité
Solides compétences en communication et organisation
Capacité de travailler efficacement dans des conditions météorologiques difficiles (-40C à 30C)
Maîtrise des systèmes de gestion de maintenance et des outils de suivi budgétaire
CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ (PRÉFÉRÉ)
Désignation professionnelle (FMP SFP ou similaire)
Expérience en opérations éloignées/camps et environnements de travail par quarts
Expérience avec les plateformes GMAO
Expérience en gestion de projet un atout

As a Facility Manager you will oversee facility operations while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols. You will support JLLs operational excellence standards and the clients operational requirements monitor key performance indicators specific to the operational environment and conduct facility assessments to address maintenance needs. This role involves managing operational functions including work order management coordination of services energy efficiency initiatives and budget support.
WHAT YOUll DO
Manage facility operations for the clients assigned portfolio and ensure client satisfaction through delivery of Facility Management services
Monitor and support site KPIs specific to operational requirements track SLA performance monthly with focus on systems uptime and ensure operations comply with Master Services Agreement and client operational standards
Conduct facility assessments including production support areas administrative buildings and infrastructure systems; support strategic plans to address deficiencies and minimize operational impact
Coordinate facility services including: operational briefing support conference room management food services coordination parking management badging systems and visitor management protocols Support energy management programs to maximize efficiency and reduce environmental impact contributing to sustainability initiatives
Implement EHS management systems compliant with industry standards support safety culture initiatives including client safety requirements and ensure compliance with Alberta regulations and facility codes
Support facility cost savings initiatives while maintaining operational integrity assist with operational and capital budget management and provide reporting for operations
Support sourcing activities for equipment and services assist with supplier evaluations and monitor supplier performance with focus on safety reliability and compliance
WHAT YOU BRING (REQUIRED)
Bachelors degree in Engineering Facilities Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Minimum of 3 years in facility management oil & gas operations or operational environment experience
Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC electrical distribution heating systems water treatment)
Knowledge of Alberta OH&S regulations and safety protocols
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in challenging weather conditions (-40C to 30C)
Proficiency in maintenance management systems and budget tracking tools
WHAT YOU BRING (PREFERRED)
Professional designation (FMP SFP or similar)
Experience in remote/camp operations and shift work environments
Experience with CMMS platforms
Project management experience an asset
